Palomar Apartments located near the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. and Western Ave., the Palomar was formerly an overcrowded, dilapidated hotel. After a tragic arson fire gutted the property, HCHC stepped in and rebuilt the structure, which offers 27 units of affordable housing for low-income and disabled seniors.
