PALOMAR
APARTMENTS
Located
near the corner of Santa Monica Blvd. and Western Ave., the Palomar
was formerly an overcrowded, dilapidated hotel. After a tragic
arson fire gutted the property, HCHC stepped in. We rebuilt the
structure, which offers 27 units of affordable housing for low-income
seniors and disabled seniors.
The
Palomar Apartments has already won the 2006 Los Angeles Conservancy
Preservation Award.
