Our Mission

The Hollywood Community Housing Corporation is a community-based non-profit corporation committed to preserving and expanding the supply of affordable housing for lower income households in the Hollywood community of Los Angeles. Through its housing development activities and participation in community efforts to stabilize neighborhoods, HCHC seeks to:

• Improve Hollywood neighborhoods and the quality of life for lower income households
• Foster the economic, racial and ethnic diversity of Hollywood for the benefit of all who live and work in the area
• Preserve Hollywood's history through the rehabilitation of deteriorated properties of cultural, architectural or historic significance.
