Hollywood
Community Housing Corporation began in 1989 in response
to the severe shortage
of affordable rental housing for low income and disadvantaged families,
seniors and disabled households. By rehabilitating deteriorated
properties of cultural significance, HCHC
preserves the richness of the Hollywood
experience and serves to revitalize Los Angeles communities.
With over 2,000
residents living in sixteen completed housing developments, HCHC
continues to build for the future with ongoing construction and
renovation of new affordable housing for those who need it most.
