Affordable Homes Where People Can Grow

HCHC has developed hundreds of apartment and bungalow homes that provide safe, attractive and affordable places to live for some of the neediest in our community.

We have completed and currently operate nineteen buildings totaling 601 units, and are in development of a new project that will provide an additional 58 units. For a complete list and photos of our current properties click here.

More than just a roof over people's heads, HCHC buildings include amenities and services that help families and individuals to further improve their lives. For example, many buildings include common rooms equipped with personal computers and kitchens that our supportive services staff use to provide training, counseling and other services.

HCHC develops properties to the benefit of families, individuals and communities. Our efforts are expanding, with more buildings and more service programs, but the need is growing faster than we can build. Los Angeles needs more affordable housing -- we hope that you will help.
