HCHC HAS A NEW HOME!

Our new offices are in HCHC's Mariposa Place Apartments. The project represents a $27,000,000 investment in a previously under-invested neighborhood.

Mariposa Place includes 58 homes for very low-income families.

Before HCHC started construction, we canvassed the area, asking our future neighbors what they felt were the community's greatest needs. So many mentioned the need for a community Laundromat that we included one in the building's design. Proceeds from this separate, for-profit venture will help to fund the Supportive Services HCHC provides for residents. Mariposa Place also includes an LAPD drop-in station, another welcome addition to the neighborhood.
