Dunning Apartments was completed in
November, 1992 and provide 26 affordable family and large family units. This project consisted of the renovation of the historical “Nelson Dunning House,” City of Los Angeles Historic- Cultural Landmark No. 441, and the new construction of 26 affordable housing units for very low and low income families. The Nelson Dunning House was built in 1906 and is distinctive for its traditional craftsman architectural style.
