MARIPOSA PLACE APARTMENTS

Our newest project, scheduled for completion at the end of 2007, will house 58 large family, low income households and include a neighborhood commercial launderette, HCHC's new offices, a conference room, and a police substation. The launderette will be set up as a separate for-profit corporation with proceeds directly underwriting HCHC's supportive services.
