| Casa Verde Apartments provide 30 units of affordable family housing with 30% of the units set aside for formerly homeless and disabled households. The development of this vacant parcel was central to the Community Redevelopment Agency’s focused revitalization of this central Hollywood neighborhood. Other nearby development activities include the renovation of the Hollywood YMCA, expansion of Selma Avenue Elementary School and creation of the Selma Community Park. |  |
