Argyle Court Apartments, completed in 1998, was a rehabilitation of a vacant and blighted, City-owned apartment building. It provides 23 affordable homes to very low income disabled households.

The building is located in the same block as the Werner Illing House and has contributed greatly to neighborhood revitalization efforts in the south block of Argyle Avenue.
