Views at 270

Views at 270, completed in April of 2005, has 56 family affordable apartments. Views at 270 is located at Sunset and Western Avenues.
These apartments are HCHC's first mixed use development - a Walgreen's drug store and cellular phone store are located in the complex. No other affordable housing developer in Los Angeles has partnered with a for-profit corporation in quite this way. The commercial developer, Village Properties, purchased the land, and, in return for affordable housing space and parking, HCHC developed and supervised the construction of the buildings.
